- Led a team of two junior consultants and delivered a strategic credit decisioning tool for an Irish pillar bank, using my advanced Excel skills to to create a dynamic dashboard to support strategic planning and Premiere skills to develop training videos
- Supported a global technology conglomerate in transforming its operating model, by analysing the impact, readiness and influence of 200+ stakeholders and designing an integrated change management plan

Role Context
As an innovation & strategy analyst for Love Lucy, I created and managed a successful online store that generated over €10,000 in monthly revenue.
My Achievements
- Designed and developed a mobile app for both Android and iOS devices, enhancing the customer experience and increasing loyalty.
